However, I did not know that he had the previous champion's provisional to fall back on. :) As for Logano having to have Zippy draw his number, I can see their point. In fact, when discussing it with my bff, she pointed out that Kyle Busch, when he turned 21, said at the next Shootout draw "finally, I get to pick my own number."
