Now I love Kyle. Tony's my first and foremost driver, but Kyle's running a tied second with Newman. However, that being said, he needs to put on his big boy pants and get over it.

He could have asked his spotter where Tony was, or his spotter could have opened his mouth and said "you're not clear to move." If the spotter did say so, Kyle could have listened.

Kyle also needs to remember that if Tony had wanted to dump him, he'd have done it earlier by getting in his back, not by being up on the right side of Kyle's back fender trying to pass him. Love Tony as I do, I honestly believe that if Kyle had stayed put, he'd have won the race, because I don't think Tony could have actually gotten past him.

Kyle is just whining because he's still bitter that Hendrick chose Junior over him, and the winner of the race that Kyle got "dumped" out of is affiliated with Hendrick.

I love the book comparison, and that is what a lot of people don't seem to realize, is that Kyle is still in the preface. I think Kyle has the potential to be one of the best racers of all time.

In spite of what he said at the press conference, and in spite of what many fans perceive, Kyle doesn't carry a grudge to the next race, once he gets in the car, the past is the past, much like Tony. So I don't think there is any threat of retaliation. Smoke and Kyle are good friends, and I imagine he was very hurt that he would be "dumped" as he felt, by one of his good friends. And if anyone doesn't think they are friends, remember Tony's post-race morose after the Firecracker 400 last week.

Kyle has a lot of learning to do, and I think he knows it. To learn more, he has to mature more, and to mature more, he has to learn more. When he does learn, look out. He will be a champion of epic proportions.
