So far Tony Stewart has run in two of the four races he is competing in during his “racecation” in Australia.  The first race was scheduled to run on Decemeber 26th was delayed a day by rain at Parramatta City Raceway. In that race Stewart made it into the main event on a promotor’s provisional and started dead last in the field where he drove his car through the field , finishing 7th in a car fielded by Garry Rush.  His teammate Donny Schatz won that race.

Last night Stewart placed a very respectable 4th in an exciting event where teammate Donny Schatz again ruled the night- placing second to young Australian driver Ian Madsen. Stewart is expected to race two more races while in Australia- on January 2nd and January 3rd.
