In all the coverage that I've seen & heard, no one ever mentioned these restrictions. Why are they inacted in this case? Is there some organization that doesn't have these restrictions? And where can one find answers??? If there wasn't/isn't a really good reason, it seems that a really good number of potential donors is being ignored.
