Just check out the Sprint message boards and you will see how ticked off customers are. It is frankly ridiculous and akin to forcing customers to buy certain phones and pay for up charges. For example, did you know that Sprint charges $10 extra per line for each "smart phone". Since the app is currently only available on Droids and supposedly in development for the iPhone, Sprint is manipulating new phone charges, additional monthly charges and dictating which phones are being bought. From reading the msg boards it looks like a lot of customers are going to bail as soon as their contracts are up. Who can blame em? Sprint, like so many others, obviously doesn't value existing customers. I, myself, have nearly a year left on my contract and I am not ready to determine whether or not I will keep them, but had you asked me last week (before this hair brained move) I would have had no doubts at all that I would stay with Sprint.

I, too, am disappointed. I switched to Sprint in December of 2011, got an iPhone, and was assured that I WOULD have my Sprint Cup Mobile. Imagine my surprise when I went back last month to find out how to access it and was told that the iPhone could not use it. Nothing was said about it only being for Droid phones. Sprint just made a very unhappy customer with me because I'm in church when most of the races are on.
