The Chase Across North America: Let the Fun Begin

Posted by Amy in General | NASCAR

The 16 Chase grid drivers were each set to a specific market in North America to promote the Chase and NASCAR in fun often times fan friendly events. Two drivers were even sent to other countries- Jeff Gordon to Canada and Carl Edwards to Mexico. Here are some fun pictures from several events:

What exactly constitutes a breakfast of champions at a taco house? Only Denny and Tom Sneva know for sure:

I think Aric is trying to give us subliminal messages that he’s hot:

And of course you knew that someone would be taking a selfie on the media tour:

Jeff Gordon decides to become a hockey goalie.  I might not know a lot about hockey but I am pretty sure those are not the right kind of shoes for a goalie to wear on ice. Just a friendly hint.

And Ryan Newman shows he has got spirit…yes he does! Or something like that, right Ryan?  Actually I think he might be slightly embarrassed or flustered, which makes this picture all the better:

The best part about a lot of these events is that they were fan friendly and included show cars, driver autograph sessions and appearances, and other fun stuff. Here are some photos from the event in Raleigh, NC that Brad Keselowski was part of. Thank you to Tom for sharing them with us!
